This silicone coated glass fiber fabric is built on GF430P base cloth (4H satin weave, EC9 68 1*2 E-glass yarns) with a one-side silicone rubber coating (SI123-1008). At 0.43 ± 0.02 mm thickness and 510 ± 25 g/m², it delivers reliable performance across extreme temperatures: the glass fabric withstands up to 550 °C (1000 °F), while the silicone coating handles up to 250 °C (480 °F). The material is flame retardant, silver grey in color, and compliant with ASTM D3775, D3776, and D1777 test methods.
