High Temperature Insulation Jacket Fabric | Real Flame Test 1300°C

For high-temperature insulation jackets, the most convincing answer often comes from a real test.
This video was shared by our insulation jacket customer.

A test sample with a thickness of 25 mm was tested under a 1300°C flame, and the sample was held by hand during the test.During the testing process, there was:
· No visible smoke
· No shedding or falling particles
· Stable performance under direct heat exposure

For this insulation jacket solution:

*The hot-face fabric uses our high silica vermiculite coated fabric (SiO₂ content gt;96%) for high-temperature protection.

*The cold-face fabric uses our silicone coated fiberglass fabric for durability and handling performance.

A high-quality insulation jacket is not only about selecting a fabric with a high temperature rating.

It also depends on whether the material can meet the real requirements of jacket manufacturers:
