With an investment of 40 million RMB, the facility spans 20,000 square meters and is equipped with three全新的 PLC computer-controlled precision automated production lines, featuring full composite tension closed-loop control. This advanced setup ensures unparalleled consistency and quality. Complementing the production floor are a 1,000-square-meter new material R&D and testing center, a 3,000-square-meter warehouse, and an impressive portfolio of over 500 product varieties, achieving a daily production capacity of 40,000 meters.

A Comprehensive Portfolio for Demanding Applications
Suntex offers a diverse range of high-performance fabrics, each engineered for specific challenges:
Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric (550°C): Excellent fire and oil resistance. Ideal for removable insulation covers, fire/smoke curtains, flexible ducting connectors, and expansion joint base fabric to mitigate thermal expansion damage in pipelines. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, cement, and energy sectors.
Polyurethane Coated Fiberglass Fabric (150°C): Fire-resistant, abrasion-resistant, waterproof, oil-resistant, and soft. Perfect for ventilation ducting, flexible connections, welding protection, fire doors, and other fireproofing systems.
PTFE Coated Fabric (350°C): Offers corrosion resistance, anti-static properties, and high-temperature endurance. Suitable for food processing conveyor belts, packaging, and various fireproofing/insulation applications.
Steel Wire Reinforced Fabric (650°C): Characterized by high strength, low shrinkage, dimensional stability, and thermal shock resistance. Retains structural integrity at high temperatures.
